Frequently asked questions about the KooZzzi Heated Pillow

1) How does the KooZzzi Heated Pillow work?
Place the KooZzzi Slipcover, if you have purchased one, over the pillow with the opening below the zipper lined up with the plastic plug-in connection of the Heated Pillow. Then insert the cord into the plug-in connection and the plug into the power outlet Set the thermostat to 3 and lean or lie against the pillow. Within a few minutes, you will feel the warmth of the KooZzzi Heated Pillow. It switches off automatically after 1.5 hours. If you wish to enjoy continued warmth from the KooZzzi Heated Pillow, slide the thermostat to "0", then back to the desired setting. You can then enjoy another 1.5 hours of warmth from the KooZzzi Heated Pillow.

2) The thermostat switch is flashing, what now?
The thermostat flashes after the pillow has been on for 1.5 hours, after which the Heated Pillow switches off automatically. Slide the thermostat back to '0' and then back to the desired setting.

3) Where does the warmth of the KooZzzi Heated Pillow come from?
The fabric of the Heated Pillow contains an integral heating element. The fabric feels soft to the touch and is completely safe.

4) Is the KooZzzi Heated Pillow washable?
The Heated Pillow can be machine washed at 40 degrees without the cord.

5) My KooZzzi Heated Pillow is not working, what should I do?
Check whether the thermostat display is 'flashing'. If so, please refer to question 2. Check whether the cord is properly inserted into the pillow’s plug-in connection. Pull the plug out for a bit and then put it back into the power socket, slide the thermostat to '0' and then back to the desired setting. Is the KooZzzi Heated Pillow still not working? 6) How long is the warranty on my KooZzzi Heated Pillow?
With normal use, the pillow is guaranteed for 3 years. If you experience problems, you can always contact info@koozzzi.com, we’d be delighted to assist you.
 
7) Can I order KooZzzi Slipcovers separately?
Certainly! You can order KooZzzi Bottle Covers in 13 colours via our website.

8) Can I use the KooZzzi Heated Pillow without the cover?
You can, but we advise using it with a Slipcover. Besides being more hygienic, it looks good too!

9) Can I have the KooZzzi Heated Pillow despatched as a gift?
Yes, if you choose the 'gift-wrap' option, we make a small charge for gift-wrapping. If you enter a different address from your own in the "delivery address" field, we will despatch it to that address.

10) My payment has not gone through, what now?
Try to go back to the previous screen and continue from there again. If that does not work, e-mail us at info@koozzzi.com, we’d be delighted to be of assistance.

11) I ordered a KooZzzi Heated Pillow but have not yet received it, what now?
We endeavour to deliver orders to the address provided within four days. If you place your order on a Friday after 3:00pm, we can only forward this to our logistics partner on the following Monday morning. In that case, delivery may take somewhat longer than four days. If you have not received your order after a week, please contact us at info@koozzzi.com

12) Are KooZzzi Heated Pillows available elsewhere?
Yes, KooZzzi Pillows are also available to purchase via www.wehkamp.nl and De Bijenkorf department stores (only those stores that carry the bed&bad (bed&bath) range).

 
 

Frequently asked questions about the
KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer



1) How do I use the KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer?
Place the charger on a stable surface and insert the plug into the power socket. Then place the Bedwarmer on top of the charger and you will hear a buzzer. After approximately seven minutes, you will hear a buzzer again. This means the Bedwarmer is fully charged. The KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer will then feel pleasant to the touch, though not yet completely heated. Then put the KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer into the Bottle Cover provided, or into the super soft KooZzzi Bottle Cover you purchased. Place the Bedwarmer in the bed under the covers. If you check the warmth after a quarter or an hour, you will notice that the Bedwarmer feels very warm. The heating up and cooling down cycle lasts a maximum of nine hours. In our experience, the Bedwarmer provides maximum warmth for four to five hours. The Bedwarmer then cools down gradually, but never becomes cold. This is a great advantage compared to traditional hot water bottles. When a hot water bottle cools down, it absorbs heat from the atmosphere. This is never the case with the KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer.


2) The Bedwarmer is not heating up.
As stated in point 1, the Bedwarmer takes a quarter of an hour to become fully heated. Naturally, individual perception of warmth varies. If the Bedwarmer does not heat up at all, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will ensure the Bedwarmer is replaced.

3) Using the Bedwarmer in your baby’s bed
If using the Bedwarmer in a baby’s bed, please always place a towel between the baby and the Bedwarmer.

4) How do I clean the KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer?
You can clean the Bedwarmer with a damp cloth.

5) Warranty

6) Can I order KooZzzi Bottle Covers separately?

7) Can I use the KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer without the Bottle Cover?
No. Although the outside feels pleasant to the touch because of its rubberised coating and the Bedwarmer can always be handled with bare hands, you should still cover it with the Cover provided or purchased.

8) Can I have the KooZzzi Rechargeable Bedwarmer gift-wrapped and sent to a friend?
Yes, if you choose the 'gift-wrap' option, we make a small charge for gift-wrapping. If you enter a different address from your own in the "delivery address" field, we will despatch it to that address.
